Pros:

The property was new and we were excited to stay but when we walked in there was a roach crawling across the room. Then we realized it was hot and went to adjust the AC to find the thermostat was not working! AC was out! Messaged the Landing and they sent someone at the property but he made a temporary fix that lasted 30 min and air quit working again. Tried to reach out to Landing but no response! Then went to the front office of the apartments and they said they were not responsible since we booked through the Landing! Landing responded and said they were going to put in work order and someone would call me. That did not happen. In the meantime we could NOT stay because it was SO hot! We made other arrangements so basically I was out so much money! Night before we were to check out I called emergency number of apartments and manager came out and fixed the air. So we did stay the last night. Landing reached out and apologized and said wants to compensate me but have not heard from anyone!
So unhappy about it all!!
