Pros:

Too noisy tv did not work when mentioned to them they just said sorry .only one key when asked for extra one they do not have.
Reception is nothing like the picture it is a desk at the end a restaurant. No elevator beside getting to room some stair case has low clearance .that youcould bang your forhead

Pros:

It was a very comfortable stay at the Rice hotel. Everything was clean and nice, except for the foul smell comes out of the drainage. Otherwise everything was perfect for the money we pay. The breakfast was delicious and filling. If I visit Ho Chi Minh City again I will choose to stay at the Rice Hotel. All the staffs were excellent.

The hotel Staff was attentive, explained all the amenaties of the room, there was no safe in the room, the hotel manager had explained to me about the cost of the drinks in the mini fridge that it was supposed to be paid at the end of the stay i didn't think much of it until he knocked on my door the next morning asking for me to settle the bill, i was confused, the paper even says to settle the bill at the end of the trip so i found that a little odd. The tv had no cable channels only you tube and netflix apps that you need your own passwords for.

Clean room, it's near all the bars so it's muffled but you can definitely hear the street noise. So if you're a light sleeper consider that.

Pros:

Excellent areas. Right next to Bui Vien. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Downstairs is an excellent restaurant (Dai Viet) with so many dishes to choose from. Very reasonable price. Foods were excellent.
