Pros:

音楽堂や、八ヶ岳高原ヒュッテなど由緒ある美しい建築物を丁寧に維持管理していて素晴らしいです。サービスも行き届き皆温かい笑顔で対応していただき、良い新年を迎えることが出来ました。6歳と4歳の孫も普通のディナーでしたがほぼ完食でした。40年前にヒュッテに立ち寄り2度目でしたが変わっておらず感激でした。次回はコンサートに合わせて宿泊したいです。

地元の食材をふんだんに使ったフルコースの夕食は、どれも絶品で、特にステーキは感動的な美味しさでした。
ホテルは静かで清潔感があり、上品な雰囲気の中で心からリラックスできました。おかげさまで、ゆっくりと休息をとることができました。
チェックアウト直前にデジタルスーツケースが開かなくなるというトラブルがありましたが、スタッフの皆さまが迅速かつ丁寧に対応してくださり、大変助かりました。プロフェッショナルなご対応に心から感謝しております。

Pros:

客室の清掃は行き届いており、バスタオル類が新しくとても気持ちよい宿泊になりました。
夕食、朝食共に満足度の高い、美味しい料理でした。
朝食前にホテルが無料で実施しているネイチャーウォークに参加しました。自然観察指導員からホテル周辺の樹木や野鳥の説明をしていただきながらの散策は心地よいひと時になりました。

静かで落ち着ける。空気も良く、ゆったりくつろげます。少しずつ設備が老朽化していることを感じますが、それなりに改善はされているように感じます。でも、とにかくロケーションが素晴らしいです。

野鳥撮影を目的に２泊し、周辺を散策しましたが、野鳥が全く出ず、撮影できたのはジョウビタキとゴジュウカラのみでした。施設そのものは最高でしたが、地球温暖化による生態系」の影響が気になります。
