Pros:

見た目は綺麗ですが、お値段の割に色々と中身が気になりすぎたので、ホテル側にはぜひ改善いただきたいと思いレビューします。

・1階の部屋が閉塞感ありすぎる
予約していた部屋とは違う、1階の部屋をあてがわれました(3つのベッドの部屋)。展望も何もありませんでした。
ただ一つしかない窓からホテルに入りはけする人が丸見えで、部屋の中のプライバシーも何もありません。
結果窓やカーテンをずっと閉めていたのですが、その窓の他に窓がない部屋であるため、日光も入らないし空気の循環も大変悪く、気分が悪くなる部屋だったので、連泊する予定でしたが一泊だけにしました。本当は、一泊目すら返金を求めたいくらいです。

・部屋の中のアメニティが皆無
2025年にウズベキスタンにて2人で1万円強の部屋なら、大抵のアメニティは揃っているはずですが、なんとこの部屋には「ヘアコンディショナー(小瓶が1本)」と「紅茶のパック」「タオル」しかありませんでした。
ティッシュもトイレットペーパーも石鹸も、歯ブラシも櫛も髭剃りもシャンプーもボディソープも、マグカップもグラスもペットボトルの水も、何もありません。
流石にトイレットペーパーは無いと困るので、フロントの番をしていた小さい男の子(何歳だ…？！というくらい幼かった)に頼んで、頂きました。
掃除の途中だったのでしょうか？この値段クラスのホテルの部屋には普通置いてあるアメニティ程度はきちんと準備するべきです。

また、壁掛けテレビがあったのですがリモコンがなかったので、ただの置物になっていました。。。

・水道の水が茶色だった
蛇口を捻った最初のみではありましたが、水が茶色でとても驚きました。。。工事の最中だったのでしょうか。。。
そんな調子だったので、地下階にあったプールやサウナは利用しませんでした。水の衛生面が怖すぎる…

・朝ごはんの提供の仕方に難あり
「7時から10時」くらいまでの提供時間と言われていた(確か)ので、9時ごろ指定の会場へ向かいました。
すると、何も無い…？！提供時間を聞き間違えたか、と思っていたところ、テーブルにセットされていました。卵料理だけ、ゲストが着席後にリクエストを聞いて、温かいものを提供するスタイルのようです。
ただ…テーブルにすでに置いてあったサラダやケーキ、パンなどは、朝7時から今までずっとこのままだったのか？！と思うと、衛生面が気になりました。埃とか…

ウズベキスタンの平均月収を考えると、このホテルに泊まる人は外国人メインなんだろうなと思います。そのような狙いであるならば、外国のビジネスタイプのホテルで当たり前に提供されるおもてなしや環境を、もっと勉強するべきだと思います。現状からの大幅な改善が求められます。
ただ、夕方ごろのチェックインや、正午ごろのチェックアウトにフロントで担当をしていた子どもたちは、英語を頑張って話して仕事を頑張っていましたので、そこは評価してあげたいと思いました。
