Pros:

Todo bien gracias el personal atento y cordial todavía no remodelado al 100% no hay comunicación del cuarto a la recepción vía telefónica, el garage incómodo y lleno de colchones y material de construcción

Existe una desorganización en cuanto al estacionamiento, me mantuvieron esperando 2 horas para mover el carro estacionado frente al mío para salir a una cita a la cual ya no llegué, el encargado en turno no tenía idea de los procedimientos del hotel

During my stay at UNIKo LIVING ROMA. At the time of checking I got a room right by the elevator lots of noice. I asked the front desk to please change me to another room where it can be more quiet and be bake to rest. Front desk answers was there was no MORE rooms available. All of a sudden “bingo” I got a different room. When got to the new room I was facing the street and a club. I was not able to sleep the whole night lots of noice coming from outside. I was vwry disappointed of the location as well as the staff of the hotel with the accommodation in place. The location wasn’t the greatest.

Mi estancia fue de última hora por una noche, pero me gustó tanto el lugar que en mi siguiente viaje me hospedaré de vuelta. Itzel del front desk es estupenda: te hace sentir como en casa, es muy carismática y amable. Margarita (front desk), muy simpática. En todo momento vi al staff con una sonrisa. La habitación es espaciosa, y bien iluminada, ¡la regadera es divina!

Definitivamente es una recomendación quedarse en este lugar si viajas solo.
