Everything was amazing checking in and the room was great. Unfortunately, the check out was chaotic and I accidentally left something in the room which I notified the reception of five minutes after I left but it apparently could not be found.

Some of the facilities are not finished yet like gym etc. There was no wifi given and no info in the room about how to contact reception, restaurant or what facilities were available. We stayed in a 4 person room with my husband and 2 kids and there was only 2 cups, 2 bowels, 2 towels etc. My husband has a disability park and parking was and extra $25 per day but as we were coming and going a lot I had to drop him at the door and go and find parking each time. I was a lovely suite and it was very quiet.
