Pros:

Artcore Hotel is a gorgeous hotel in a lovely part of Porto. From start to finish, everything was wonderful — the staff greeted us with warm smiles and said goodbye the same way. The room was cozy and spotless, and the bathroom was perfect with heated floors — such a treat after a long day of walking!

Breakfast was not only delicious, but also served in the room with great variety — fresh, elegant, and the perfect start to each day. The mini-bar was fully stocked with beer and soft drinks for free.
The hotel design was impeccable — stylish, modern, and full of beautiful details The lobby welcomed us with refreshments, fruits, and candy nuts served on the table — a lovely touch that made us feel truly at home.

All the staff was amazing. The front desk and the restaurant personell were fantastic. They were always willing to help and went above and beyond. All staff should be recognized but in particular, a big shout out to Patricia, Bruno, Hugo, Paolo, Pedro and Flavia. This is just to name a few. We highly recommend this hotel. Very clean and great accommodations.

Pros:

The hotel had amazing breakfast options and were super accommodating. The options aren’t available yet as the hotel is still being renovated but I can only imagine how amazing the spa service will be !
