Not good location sabby area. Not worthy. Good for price below 1000 inr

It was horrible experience, After travelling for 30 hours wnen we reached the hotel we were told that there is no booking for us. We were stranded in a foreign country at midnight with no where to go, We had to spend the night at the airport.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The airport shuttle they arranged dropped us at the hotel reception, only for us to be told that our booking was not available. They then drove us to another location, but even that property didn’t have our booking. Only after we pushed strongly did they bring us back to the original hotel, where they suddenly “found” the booking. I have no idea what was going on, but the whole process felt careless, confusing, and highly unprofessional — especially when traveling with senior citizens at midnight. It took us hours just to settle into a room.

The room itself was dirty, had a strong unpleasant smell, and looked nothing like the photos advertised online. Despite all the inconvenience and unhygienic conditions, the staff offered no apology, no compensation, and no acknowledgment of the issues. It genuinely felt like a setup where guests are shuffled between multiple connected hotels without any transparency.

To make things worse, Expedia tried contacting the property for an explanation and refund, and the hotel outright denied everything.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Courteous staff however, although the room appeared ok on the face of things, we discovered hairs in the bed, no toilet paper in the bathroom. Situated down a dark alley and didn’t feel safe

Stayed one night near Delhi Airport before an early flight. Room clean, bed comfortable, and reception polite. Complimentary airport drop arranged right on time.

Nice budget hotel in Mahipalpur. Staff cooperative, breakfast fresh. Complimentary airport shuttle both ways convenient and timely.

Spacious rooms, ample hot water and super comfortable bed. Friendly staff and the food at the hotel restaurant (room service) is scrumptious. Free airport pickup added to convenience.

The staff were helpful giving us bottles of water for our next journey. Also we were appreciative of the free breakfast.

The front desk staff was welcoming, professional, and friendly. The room was clean and the provided room amenities were minimalist yet reasonable. Breakfast was great and the chai was hot and delicious. I stayed in two different rooms. Both had items in disrepair, but nothing major. Everything I reported was repaired or replaced quickly. I didn't report the bedside lamp in the second room, which was taped together as a fix. Airport pickup was challenging, but now that I've visited Deli, my assumption is that this is the norm. My original plan did not include a stay in Deli, so in the end, I was happy to find a hotel in this price range at the last minute.

Terrible state of bathroom, broken toilet seat, poor shower flow, TV not working, poor quality bedding sheets

The staff were exceptional! But our room was dirty, especially the bathroom as our toilet had not been cleaned. There was pee all over the toilet. It served us for a quick overnight but felt dirty.

The reception staff were nice and the room generally ok too. However a staff member tried to enter my room unannounced at 2am to see if another customer had left clothes in there. The hot water and the kettle didn't work. There were minor stains on the sheets and multiple long hairs that were not mine around the room. I paid $52 AUD and the service I received was fine but the price was far too high for this.

Do NOT book this hotel. It is being sold us a 4* hotel but the services are as if it was a 2*, check out the Elevated hotel, which is the same hotel being sold as 2

The sink was leaking in the bathroom and whole floor got wet
Staff kept ringing bell to tell me to vacate when I specifically told them I will check it at noon
Breakfast terrible

Never recommend to anyone even for free
