Pros:

The staff were very courteous however the room was dirty (marks on sheets and sticky floor)
and dusty everywhere.

Flughafentransfer haben wir selber gebucht. Personal war soweit nett. Die Rezeption hatte ein riesiges Durcheinander mit unserer Buchung. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und alles im Voraus bezahlt, war aber schwierig bis die Rezeption alles abgeklärt hatte. Das Essen ist hauptsächlich für Indische Gäste.
Wir haben ein ruhiges Zimmer gewünscht und ein Zimmer direkt an der Strasse und beim Fahrstuhl bekommen. Das Wasser zum Duschen war kalt.
Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

Pros:

The property was clean,close to the hotel.the only issue we had that the staff was not propery notified of our package inclusion,they picked us up from airport and wanted to charge us for the pick up shuttle also the breakfast in the morning they also wanted to charge when I showed them my paperwork my expedia which showed that breakfast was included and one way transfer from airport was included then they agreed and by the way it also showed free upgrade to the room I dont what room we suppose to get and what upgrade was given.
