Pros:

Fantastic location and wonderful studio apartment.

Could not be more centrally located with restaurants all around and a Monoprix 50 yds away.

Only slight issue is the narrow stairs which were a little tricky for my size 11 feet.

Pros:

Not ideal for families (especially with kids)! As no parking outside the property, so have to park far and carry your luggage for a long walk! Parking is €4.50 for a 15 minutes stay in the street 2 blocks down the road and €43 per 24 hours at the shopping centre nearby! Dated building with narrow staircase. Not suitable for families with kids!

Pros:

The room was really small and the toilet is very small. Also, stairs were really tight and if you are carrying a big suitcase then it will be challenging one to climb on to the second floor. It will be a good one for a couple but didn't work with three people (2 adults and a 15 year old). The room is in prime location next to the Westfield shopping centre and 10 mins walk to Louvre museum, and easy access to metro station. Overall, it is a good size property for a couple who enjoys the shopping and the tourism.

Good location as near the metro station and convenient to travel. Near the Lourve as well. Good communication with the host and prompt replies.

Pros:

The apt was very clean when we arrived, could do with some sprucing up but everything promised was available and the area is great, slap bang in the middle of a shopping area and only 25 mins for CDG.

The WiFi was a like slow but still decent considering we were really just there for sleeping

Pros:

The price is reasonable, as it's close to the train station and next to a big shopping mall. Many restaurants open till midnight, so its quite noisy at night.
