Pros:

The floor was not clean. And the sofa had stains. The rest was clean und the bed comfortable.
The apt looks new renovated.
The apartment is very well located and spacious.
Unfortunately the walk hall was very dark no lights on first floor cable still sticking out of the wall, unfinished. It would be nice the apt door has a handle, easier to close the door from inside.
Service and communication from coral and coco were excellent. Suggestions there was no house number on the door
It was hard to find the apartment, some nice locals helped us to find the place

Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Pros:

The location of the property is excellent as it is right in the heart of Punda. The property has recently been refurbished and is a nice space, size and clean. The bathroom is excellent.

There are a few things that could have improved my stay. There is no lighting in the stairwell to the door and is difficult to see. It feels like the property is not quite fully finished and just needs a finishing touch and then it would be perfect. I did have a mishap of being given directions to the wrong apartment by the agent which resulted in being at the wrong apartment first. This then coat me £30 in call charges having to ring the emergency number explaining what had happened. All was fine in the end when I was directed to the correct apartment and an apology was given to me.

It would have been 5 star if these few issues hasn't happened.
