When I book it didn't say pool was closed, that is something it has to be said at front, also, they charge $75 dollars on cleaning fees and we have to take our trash
Easy access, outdated could use a good deep cleaning not horrible but the pictures were not accurate
Very clean room
Customer service was very terrible. I ate out and only slept in the room and they said i put stain on comfortable.
We went from being pleased to being SCAMMED 4 days after our check out. Money was deducted from the deposit because allegedly we left a small stain in a towel.
I made sure the place was clean before leaving, took trash out and left the towels on the bed like they instructed us.
4 DAYS AFTER, They send me a message and email letting me know about the charge, the message had a different name on it, i thought it was clearly a mistake, but then they told me that the charge stand, “that they just made a mistake on the name”and sent me a picture of a towel that could have been from any other room.
Definitely a SCAM. If we had caused any damage to anything in the property I would have gladly pay for it, in this case I am 1000% sure that we did not. It just feels like a SCAM.
The apartment next door is being renovated, so be ready for loud noises starting at 7am.
**Facilities were good and communication was excellent.
The apartment was spacious ,Great location close to everything. We felt safe in the building and staff were friendly. The apartment we stood in had two bathrooms but only one shower. The apartment also had some insects roaming around. The owners gave us a heads up before arriving about the exterminator being on site but there were still a few roaming around the apartment alive not dead. All in all it was a nice spot but wish we didn’t have to deal with the insect issue.
Excellent service. Host responded to all our inquiries in a timely manner. Room was clean. Location was excellent! With access to beach, amenities in lobby include the delicious cafe; El Cafecito restaurant and a bar. Walking distance to many restaurants and righ next to El San Juan Hotel. Where you can enjoy casino, live bands and dancing the night away.
Puerto Rico is absolutely beautiful and the view from this place was stunning. The location itself was great and being so close to the beach was definitely the highlight of my stay.
Unfortunately, the experience with the host was very disappointing. After I checked out, they charged me fee and change claiming the towels and blankets had “spots.” This is not true, I made sure everything was clean before I left because I knew there was a fee for that. I asked them for photos to prove it, and they never replied.
I also requested clean towels during my stay and was told I had to pay a fee. But on my last night, they asked me to throw the towels and blankets in the washer to start a load. I asked why they never told me I was allowed to wash them earlier, especially since they wanted to charge me for clean ones. It made no sense.
They charged me a cleaning fee, yet on the last night they told me to take out the trash and start the laundry. If I’m paying for cleaning, why am I being asked to do it myself?
On top of that, I never had internet the entire stay. The owner told me they would refund me 30% per night, but I never got anything. I reached out multiple times by text, email, and on Expedia, and they completely ignored me. But they were very quick to charge me for the towels.
Overall, the location is beautiful, but the customer service was terrible. I wouldn’t stay here again because the communication, extra fees, and lack of honesty made the whole experience stressful.
The room was ok. Staff nonexistent ( strictly email). The building under renovation, many things are closed. I wouldn’t stay here again

I would like to file a complaint. They wouldn’t let me check in unless I paid them an additional fee 24 hours before my check in. This is against expedia's rules and no one will address it at this organization or at expedia. I would like to be refunded from Expedia or the renter. Please respond.

It was a beautiful room but no view, the description of the room was best scenic view, that was the down side and felt it was a little bit pricey. I also paid all bill for stay and cleaning and it was almost 4:00pm and have not got any info on the room. I have the front desk communicate with PMI and they apologize. I will not book again through that company , I had my husband who has terminal cancer on a wheel chair waiting and he was getting worried about the room. I have stayed in this place for many of years and this was first time booking with PMI. Never had it issue booking through the hotel.
I really didn’t enjoy the stay at the room for 5 days it wasn’t enough beach towels provided knowing at least a beach towel is only good for bout a day or so , than I was without the WiFi for the first 3 days of my stay also the view I had wasn’t I thought it was going be from the pictures . Also they take so long to respond or even to get back to you than for more towels they charge 40 dollars fee also had nights where I was cold and they said we can’t touch the air conditioner because it will mess the unit up . Also wasn’t provided no information on when my deposit will be return nor any information on the precent the said they said they was giving back .

This property is great for a simple stay,no glits or glams, outdated for a simple stay is great. They don’t have a fob to enter or exit to the beach so you’ll have to stop to declare your room number and name to a gentleman before you can enter or exit to the beach from the property. Also they have notice to charge you is you stain a towel , great. Except I didn’t use their towel and left behind my own towel and the managing company PMI charge me $21 for a towel stain on my own washcloth that I left behind . This company has done this before so pretty much bring your own towel or they will charge you every time . Track their record and you will see how many charges people get from PMI. You can rent here just don’t do it with management company PMI, that is their practice.
Everything was good. Just super mad about the pool!!!!!
