Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hebron - Cincinnati Airport by IHG

High hopes for this stay! Front desk was friendly and main entrance looked great. From there it was one of the hairiest, yes, hairiest hotels ever. There was hair everywhere! Our bathroom was covered, the hallways, the pool and surrounding area, HAIR!
And not the fault of the hotel, but closest food was about 2-3 miles out.

Everything about this stay was excellent. The staff is friendly, the breakfast was warm and delicious and our room was spotless.

The pool was nice and clean. It would’ve been nice if you’ve had a a hot tub section. the breakfast was good and nutritious, but it was missing regular sugar frosted flakes and is good that you had a coffee section that was 24 hours a day. Your staff was very polite it was very good that you had housekeeping every day.

The room was clean but minimal comfort. The bed was okay. The breakfast food was not good but was common for this level of hotel.

The ice machine on our floor was out of service which was a minor inconvenience.

We had thought of staying another night to visit another area attraction but decided we'd prefer returning home.

Room was very clean and hotel was in a great area. Breakfast was organized and delicious. Loved the stay and would go back any time!

Staff was very nice. Area was under renovation which was something that I understand needs to happen, but maybe the price goes down or something during these times? They need new luggage carts. Otherwise everything was really nice.

They were under renovations so everything was filthy. Staff was unsure of anything and not helpful. The cleaning staff smelled really awful when you walked by. Room was ok but smelled moldy. Bathroom towel hooks were all torn off. The hallways felt stuffy and humid. Lots of trash in the sofa bed.

First off I get there, they try to tell me my card was declined and kept telling me that until I showed them my receipt of paying, we get booked in he then tells me that the pool is under construction but not tell after I signed the agreement so I was then stuck staying, we get to our room and it’s super hot, we lower the AC but still warm then entire night even though the ac unit says 65 it never was anything close to that. The breakfast was awful, no pancakes or waffles, the machine was broke. The sausage was barely cooked, eggs were rubber, the biscuits hard. Overall I was super disappointed in my stay!

Pros: Hotel has fresh paint and new carpeting and furnishings. Breakfast was hot and good, the usual breakfast for this hotel chain. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, linens and furniture are new, and room was spacious with two queen beds and a full size sofa sleeper. Staff was friendly.
Cons: Hotel is under renovation but was not noisy or disruptive. Because the hotel is under renovation the pool is currently closed.
Walls are thin and the kids in the room next door were loud.
