La ubicación es muy buena, especialmente si vas a un crucero. Son muy hospitalarios y buenas personas. Tienes muchos restaurantes por la zona y está todo muy ambientado. Nos guardaron las maletas. Al volver del crucero sin pasar la noche allí nos dejaron usar wifi y pudimos dejar las maletas allí unas horas. Nos dejaron hasta tarjeta de transportes para poder cargarla y usarla, nos llamaron al taxista para llevarnos al hotel pero que nosotros teníamos contratado por nuestra cuenta. Súper agradecidos por todo.

- This hotel has changed to much better since last time i stayed in before 2 years , they have new management who are doing very well!
- Rooms have new setup and all working perfectly including the AC
- Location is amazing in the heart of Istanbul and the tram station just few steps away. Also all Karakoy area with all restaurants nearby
- Wifi also very good and working all time

Best value for money!

The staff was awesome. After booking the hotel they helped me arrange some tours (city tour, and dinner cruise) and helped change the time of the dinner cruise when my plane was delayed. They let us store our luggage there prior to the cruise ship departure. I was highly impressed with the staff and felt very welcome there.

Идеальный вариант для круизеров, которые отправляются в морские круизы, ведь Галатопорт совсем рядом. Мы видели наш лайнер из окон номера! Отель нам очень понравился: идеальная чистота, в номере есть все, что нужно. Удобная кровать, кондиционер, вместительный шкаф, хорошая ванная комната. У нас был самый простой номер, но он был в конце коридора, тихий, угловой - в 2 окна. Очень уютно и комфортно. Есть лифт. Сотрудники отеля очень внимательные и предусмотрительные. После бронирования, были всегда на связи - интересовались, как будем добираться до отеля, предлагали трансфер, напоминали о скорой встрече.
Местоположение отеля - просто супер! Рядом остановка трамвая Т1, ходит очень часто в самый центр или в другую сторону до Кабаташа, а оттуда или на Принцевы острова или шопинг по Истикляль. Да и просто пройтись по милым улочкам до Галатского моста - сплошное удовольствие! Правда вкусные соблазны подстерегают на каждом шагу: здесь куча ресторанчиков, кафе, баров. Обязательно нужно попробовать рыбу в лаваше) Да, совсем рядом мечеть и в 4 часа утра, мы понимали, что мы в мусульманской стране, так и едем в Стамбул за местным колоритом)
Однозначно рекомендуем и сами будем останавливаться только здесь!

I like everything - their friendly check in of us, clean and cute rooms, very comfortable location. I plan to take this hotel again in next visit to Istanbul.

Amazing location, 2 min from T1 tram station line, just in front of Kilic Hammam. Its also surrounded by all types of restaurants, grocery etc, 12 min walking from Kabatas.
