Excellent Service and a Perfect Location in Karaköy
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The service was exceptional from start to finish, and the staff were always friendly, attentive and genuinely helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel was spotless, with great attention to cleanliness in every area. The location in Karaköy was also a great bonus. Everything was perfect, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Istanbul!

Wonderful location with helpful staffs
Pros:

The location is perfect. The staffs were super helpful. Mehmet was a really gentle guy. I booked the smallest room but the cooperative approach of the staffs made my stay much comfortable. Overall the property is a good value for the money.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Hotel eccellente, soprattutto lo staff sempre pronto ad aiutarti.
Noi siamo arrivati in aeroporto e il transfer prenotato tramite booking non si è presentato, l' hotel tempestivamente ci ha organizzato un trasferimento e il ragazzo alla reception ci ha accolto alle 2 notte . grazie di vero ❤️

Pros:

- Amazing location. You’re within walking distance of Galata tower and the Karakoy ferry station, which was convenient for me because I needed to visit the Anatolian side of the city very often.
- Friendly staff

Cons:

- Facilities are a bit dated and starting to show their age, so I think some renovation would be very beneficial. For example, the shower head didn’t stay still when you put it in the holder and it kept rotating. At some angles it can get through the shower door and wets your bathroom floor.

- مساحة الغرف ضيقة ف لازم تنتبه للي يحب الغرف تكون واسعه بحكم انه الفندق 3 نجوم
- المصعد ضيق يتسع ل 3 اشخاص او 4 بالكثير
- ممر الغرف يعتبر ضيق

وهدا بسبب انه الفندق 3 نجوم وفكرته اقتصادي بس كنظافة ممتازة وخدمة ممتازة

- مافيه بيساعدك ف الشنط لانه مافيه موظفين مختصين بحمل الحقائب

بشكل عام كفندق اقتصادي مناسب وممتاز عن غيره

Pros:

Location was very central, with easy access to transport to get around the city and close by restaurants and the cruise ship port. Staff were kind and attentive.

Cons:

Was very close to the local mosque which resulted in an early morning alarm we were not expecting at 6am each morning. The call to prayer could be heard quite clearly with the windows shut. Also this was not an issue but the roof of the bathroom is quite low, if you are taller than 6 foot or have a larger build it may be a squeeze to have a shower.

La ubicación ha sido perfecta, las camas muy cómodas y el personal muy amable.

Cons:

Los baños demasiado pequeños, en los laterales de la cama solo había una mesilla, de las tres habitaciones que reservamos en una no funcionaba el secador… Ni corresponde a 4 estrellas ni está tan impecable como en las fotos.
