Pros:

Muy limpio, personal muy amable siempre dispuestos ayudar, me gusto que las instalaciones tienen espacios compartidos donde hay café y té de poleo disponible sin costo, si no quieren manejar esta el restaurante del hotel alli mismo, pasamos una estadia tranquila, con buen internet, netflix y un minisplit que nos dio todas las comodidades, lo recomiendo ampliamente!

Pros:

First of all, the Expedia site promises much more than what exists. No managers reception, no multiple cafes and bars. Next, staff was mediocre , no tour or help understanding the property. The only restaurant was ok, very limited menu. The rooms on the 1st floor up were quite noisy, but with good views. It is a steep and longish walk down to the “center “. If you are not totally focused on magic mushrooms, not much to do. On the plus side, very hot water and cool weather. The ed was good. There are some nicer, family size rooms further up the slope, though more expensive.

The view was fabulous. Staff not particularly helpful. It was not until our last day of our five night stay that we discovered there were saunas and hot tubs available on the property! No mention in the Expedia description . the daily manager's reception and
two coffee shops a

were mentioned do not exisThere is only one restaurant and we were always the only client
Food was so so . no bars . Steep walkdown to town and back but very beautiful 5-6 mile walk to the village of San Mateo

Pros:

Hi,

Everything was going great until someone tried to break into our outdoor balcony door to get into room around 2 AM. It was very scary due to being a man and jumping off the balcony when we opened the curtains.
