Good Place
Tv didn’t work or connect at all, microwave didn’t work, they didn’t even give towels, booked a king for two queens. Place is filthy, seriously the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Great place
Friendly room
I didn’t feel safe there and let the front desk know. I turned in my keys after 10 minutes of checking in at the hotel. The staff refused to refund any of my three nights I paid for. My daughter almost died in the parking lot from a non-related matter, they still didn’t even care.
Fits the price
Good place to stay..very clean and friendly.
The thermostat did not work. It was terribly hot in the room, stifling hot. Unbearably hot.
The room was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were open and clean. The check in process was easy. The location is nice with lots of things and places to explore nearby.
This place is ready for a complete update. I don't mind dated, but lots of little things in disrepair.
The breakfast was extremely sad, limited, and poorly lit. I thought it was closed till I get up close to the room. The chandelier and multiple different lights bulbs, each on with a different color rendering and some blinking.
Upon getting into our room there was a very unpleasant smell. Went back down to the desk and without any hassle they moved us to another room. Very helpful staff
The front desk was so helpful and kind!
We chose this hotel for its location and low price. It was okay for a one-night stay. The shower needs updating and did not drain. And we discovered a brown splatter on our blanket the next morning which was off-putting.
Food was great and the hotel overall was very good!!
Clogged drain, old gross carpet, should be condemned air conditioning didn’t work outdated, unkept
Peeling paint. Weeds in parking lot. Very run down.
DO NOT HERE!!!!! Other places are $25-$50 more/night and worth every penny. First room of my 5 night stay had hairs on one bed and old blood stains on the sheets. So I went and laid in the other bed. Pull the covers to my face and there was what looked like a quarter sized poop stain. Stain implies went thru the wash. But it was CRUSTY. Moved rooms. Next room… sauce/noodles frozen into the half inch of ice entering the freezer. Water in shower or sink does not drain. Reported it, with kindness and understanding.Told it would be fixed. Never fixed. Worst part was the owner’s son in law who works at the front desk. Coffee machine in breakfast room broke over night. No biggie. When asked there was no kindness or professional courtesy. No sorry. “Nothing I can do” What you could have done is be kind. Same guy told me I can check out at any time. I was already told that because I booked thru Expedia I was not eligible for refund. My parents are immigrants from Europe. The owner is a Polish immigrant. I have a soft spot in my heart for immigrants running a business here. So I stayed. However, the owner was right there when I made it clear this man had been so rude to me. He ran fast and far. All he had to do was apologize and this review would not be happening. So much dog poop outside, no bags provided. This was honestly the worst experience.I have never posted a bad review because I don’t think it’s right to mess with someone’s livelihood. But the way I was treated was unacceptabl
The staff was friendly, and the room itself was generally clean. However, the property could use some care and updates. The faux wood flooring in the bathroom area was coming loose, shifting underfoot. The shower head had visible pink mildew, suggesting it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Our “mountain view” included an old boat and some construction equipment below. The elevator had an unpleasant odor, similar to a bathroom.
Breakfast was underwhelming — the pre-made pancakes in the display case didn’t look appetizing, and the coffee machine was out of order, so we settled for the in-room coffee, which was fine.
The bed was clean and served its purpose for our short stay, but overall the hotel feels worn out. The parking lot was being repaved during our visit, but there was no notice about when sections would be blocked off, which caused a bit of confusion.
