My stay was so bad. First of all, my reservation was for 2 queen beds. When we got there, Jerome said he only had a King and a sofa. I explain that I reserved a room with 2 queen beds because I have 2 teenagers, my husband and I. Since it was late, we kept it but it was so uncomfortable. The sofa was a pull out and the mattress was sealed with a plastic cover. Everytime that the kids moved the plastic would sound so loud. We were not able to sleep. The shower had hairs and the trash can had trash. I would never stay here or recommend it to anyone!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the spacious room that was well designed and equipped to meet our needs.The color palette and decor was easy on the eyes and appealing. Breakfast was spot on and we enjoyed the options along with well designed dining and seating areas to enjoy breakfast, relax, as well as work. A great home away from home.

Horrible Food Service
Pros:

Went down 40 minutes before it finished, everything was gone. No water, juice, yoghurt, eggs, potatoes or sausage patties. They told me to wait for the next badge which never came out. Person in charge with a Roberto name tag came out and said in a sarcastic voice. "Since you're starving, why don't you eat these scraps?" Referring to the food left over. Very rude, very dissatisfied. Did not clean room, fixed soap bottles in sink and shower were swapped.
