I wouldn’t recommend staying here, the difference between the standard room and a superior room or whatever it is called, is the fact that one has more space, but no windows, and the other is smaller, but access to windows (weird). $100+ difference for…windows lol. Anywho, things that matter to me, you turn on the water, the water gets cold in like 10 minutes, so no need to wait, just be ready to hop in the shower…Also, room service, lazy….lazy, lazy, lazy. First day I decided to call for room service, made my bed, and changed towels….didn’t give me more toilet paper, refill the soap bottle….nothing… I let the downstairs staff know, and they’re extremely kind, but information doesn’t seem like it is being relayed…they did have people come by again, they did everything EXCEPT filled the soap bottle with conditioner and water…atp I’m tired of speaking to them about the same thing. I had to go down stairs and show them because the staff was not getting it. I kept running out of items, this was the most I’ve ever had to interact with staff at a hotel. I probably won’t be here again, I was here for 2 weeks btw…also trying to check out because I have a plane to catch, I was told to wait in the lobby for a few minutes, it has been like 15 minutes, and then many other people started to come up, check out not smooth, they need to have a better system or something.

Good hotel however we found it was too far from the city centre and we spent a lot of time and money on grab taxis. Plenty of shops and food places around the area and quite busy . Hotel could provide extra tea and coffee for guests as we had family room with three people and had to ask for extra coffee etc . Other than that it is good value for money .

The hotel is new in the town. Some parts of it are under construction. However, things look clean and new stuff. The location is great and close to The West Lake. Take Grab to the center city is easy. So, overall was great during the stay and I’ll be back again when I go over.

The hotel is located within walking distance of West Lake, eateries, stores. Rooms are big, clean, and super cold. I believed the hotel just opened recently therefore there is still some strong fresh paint and cleaning agents’ smell. Beware, mosquitoes are everywhere despite hotel is actively trying to eradicate them.

スタッフの方がとても親切で、フレンドリーでした。カードキーを無くしたのですが、拾ってくれた方がホテルまで連絡をくれました。ホテルのスタッフさんは自分ごとのように喜んでくれて、今日はハッピーな日でしたとおっしゃってくれました。また、冬に訪れたいです。

This hotel was the perfect choice for my trip to Hanoi. Its location is very convenient, just a short drive from Noi Bai Airport. The newly opened hotel is spotless, modern, and has a beautiful nature-inspired design with plenty of greenery and natural light, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere from the moment you walk in.

The room is spacious, fully equipped with modern amenities, and brand new. The facilities are excellent, and the front desk team is extremely friendly and professional. My trip was made so much more enjoyable thanks to this great choice!

I recently had a trip with my wife to Hanoi, and I was truly impressed with my choice to stay at this hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, with just a short distance from Noi Bai Airport, making it very easy to get to. The hotel is newly opened, so everything is fresh, clean, and modern.
