pleasant stay at this hotel with the great services of the staffs. Most important things is the location for the hotel is convenience yet crowded.
A very good location in ho chi Ming ,room si big and clean ,staffs is friendly and helpful, near airport just 30mins and easy to go everywhere , and there have many local restaurant

Every aspect of our stays at the Metropole Luxury Riverside Apartment was perfect, with the exception of the rooms' carpeting, which showed wear and is need of replacement. Hotel staff was friendly, professional, and their response to our requests was immediate and enthusiastic. The breakfast buffet, which was included, was extensive, fresh, and tasty. We'll definitely stay there again when visiting Saigon.
Location is good with many eateries and takashimaya is near. Housekeeping is very meticulous and good everyday. Decoration a bit outdated though

Loved the comfy beds, service, food, pool. Basically everything!
The reception area is very large and welcoming. The staff will try to please as much as possible and speak perfect english At the entrance, there is a taxi stand and doormen will usher you into a waiting taxi after taking your instructions on where you want to go and pass it on to the driver.
the newness hits you as soon as you walk into the lobby. ultra modern decor with a zen feel calms you as soon as you enter. the welcoming staff even talk in hush tones to soften the experience from the madness of hcmc.
Excellent place to stop by for a couple days on the way to other parts of the country to settle in with. Great food and breakfast buffet and rooftop bar.

The decorations inside the hotel was so beautiful, love the color. And the bed was so comfortable.
Pool view at night is wonderful. Staff allow us to check in early and on top of that, allow us to check out at 1pm with no additional cost. Breakfast is average. Most important easy to access to most of the tourist hotspot area.

It feels like home when you stay here unlike the usual standard hotels. The room is big and the staff clean and make it well each time. Location is great and easy to access most of the attractions area in district 1. Staff are polite and always helpful. Deserving of the 5 star rating. They also provide tea time free for guest for the length of the stay. Next time, book directly with them for even more benefits.
