Helpful staff and exceptional location

everything about the hotel was perfect very cozy and safe and clean only problem was the check in staff in the beginning around from 12-3 was very rude and wouldn’t let me check in he showed a lot of attitude and I didn’t like it one bit but then another worker showed up and immediately checked me in with no issues

The room was very comfortable. Large bed. Had a safe deposit box and a fridge. Perfect for someone who was out the whole day.
The hotel is well located. 2 to 3 mins away from every Broadway theater.
The staff, very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again. Have recommended this reasonably priced hotel to all my friends

The room was small but it had everything I needed, the bed was very comfortable and the location was excellent. My only complaint is the bathroom, the sliding door didn't close completely, so while I was showering (in a very small shower that soaked the entire space) I was cold because the cold air came into the bathroom. The staff was friendly and helped me with my luggage upon arrival.

The room was very small but nice. There is no elevator, but that is fine with me. The mini split unit didnt seem to work, but I’m typically warm so I opened the window as it was cold outside. The biggest issue was there was a creaking noise near my room, like maybe the hallway traffics? I was not able to get to sleep until 1am.

There is no elevator . I was on 3rd floor and found it very dificult having to go all the way up the stairs to get to my room . You can’t change the remote for the air conditioner from heater to A/C . Rooms is extremely small …

A little hard to find the awning doesn't exist anymore.

Location was great! Room was comfortable but VERY small! Staff was accommodating. Great place but definitely tight for more than 1 person

This place is awesome! Yes the room is small, but it’s NYC! Perfect for my wife and I, we stayed 4 nights and loved it. Perfect spot in the city to experience the nightlife of Times Square without breaking the bank! 6/5 stars!

Everything you could need in a hotel room - nothing more, nothing less. Very comfortable, clean, and affordable. And great location for Broadway and museums. Highly recommend.

It was not very clean, the sheets were stained and there was lots of debris on the floor. The staff were friendly. No Air Conditioning during the winter, only heater. It is conveniently located, but I would only stay here for the location. Very conveniently located. I would say this place is good if you’re only going to sleep there. Overall 3/5

Everthing was so clean

Excellent location, however everything was very cramped. We were allocated to the 5th floor and the hotel didn't have an elevator, making everything very difficult.

Great location, hard to identify the entry door though. Helpful staff, will definitely book again!

The room was spotless. The beds were actually really comfortable, it was a small room, it's exactly what the hotel website said very close to everything. The location was perfect. I don't know if they had an elevator but I never asked either. so we did walk up four flights of stairs, I did not mind this at all. This is definitely a place I would go back to
