Double booked cancelled our booking on the day
Pros:

Despite booking in advance was rung at 12 midday after driving 5 hours to be told we had no rooms, they had double booked! Ended up spending 3 hours on phone trying to find another hotel which ended up being an hour away from where we needed to be.

Disgusting service once again from hotels.com the second time they have cancelled us

Fantastiskt hotell mitt i skogen
Pros:

Mycket trevligt hotell mitt i skogen. Vi blev uppgraderade till rum nummer 5 som mer eller mindre var ett litet hus...mycket stort rum och ett badrum som var näst intill lika stort. Restaurangen var bra, frukosten kanske kunde vara något bättre. Kommer definitivt tillbaka.
