New aparthotel has fabulous pool area. Lovely and clean. Only negative was the irritating loud piano style pool music at 9.30 in the morning that could be heard on the balcony and in the room if the doors were open

Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit in diesem Hotel! Das gesamte Personal war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und stets bemüht, dass es uns gut geht. Man hat immer nachgefragt und nach dem Rechten geschaut – das hat uns sehr gefallen.

Das Hotel ist noch ganz neu (erst seit ca. 45 Tagen geöffnet) und dementsprechend modern und sehr sauber. Besonders das Pool war einfach fantastisch – hier konnten wir richtig entspannen. Insgesamt war alles super und wir können uns wirklich nicht beschweren.

Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: In unserem Zimmer gab es neben den Betten keine Steckdosen. Das wäre praktisch gewesen.

Ansonsten war alles rundum perfekt – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

-Resepsiyondaki arkadaşların tutumu hoş değil. Hotels üzerinden Havuz manzaralı 2 yatak odalı (2 tek kişilik 1 çift kişilik yatağa sahip) aile odası parasını ödememe rağmen ailemle otele gittiğimde havuz manzaralı odada bir yatak eksikti. yatak taşıyamayacaklarını, yapabilecekleri bir şey olmadığını söylediler. yola bakan odayı kabul etmek zorunda kaldım.
-Otel yeni olduğundan eksiklikler var. dont distrube ve please clean tuşları ters takılması, odanın cam kısmı ile duvar arasında silikon sıkılmadığı için büyük bir yarık bulunması vs.
-Restoran kısmında personel yetersizliği var. konaklamamız hafta içi olmasına rağmen kahvaltı saatinde personel koştursa da sayıları yetersizdi ve kendi aralarında yoğunluktan ve yetişemediklerinden bahsediyorlardı. yoğunlukta beklemek problem değil ama 2,5 buçuk yaşında çocuğum için (özellikle ayrı kahvaltı parası ödememe rağmen) kahvaltıyı getirmek istemediler. ücretini ödediğim hizmet için tatsız bir diyaloğa girmek zorunda kaldım. Ayrıldığımız gün yeni biri işe alındı. Umarım durum düzelir

+Otelin anlaşmalı plajı 5 km uzaklıkta ancak Coppa beach güzel. Şenzlong ve şemsiye imkanı var. restoran, tuvalet, kabin hizmeti güzel. Sahil kum, sığ bir denizi var. aileye çok uygun.
+Havuz-restoran bölümleri hijyenik, temiz, konforlu.

Hôtel qui venait d'ouvrir il y a tout juste un mois.
Chabre spacieuse avec cuisine, machine à laver...
L'idéal pour se reposer 3,4 jours.
Restairant de l'hôtel très bien !

Dieses Hotel ist leider nicht zu empfehlen, da noch nicht alles fertig ist,und daher sehr viele Beschwerden täglich zu hören waren,wie leider auch von uns.Es wurde nicht ein einziges Mal gereinigt(hatten unser Zimmer auch schmutzig erhalten), wir hatten keinen Mülleimer,sodass wir unseren Müll im Zimmer in Einkaufstüten gesammelt haben.Wurde natürlich nie abgeholt.usw. Es gab leider noch andere Mängel wie Toillette überschwemmt usw….,jedoch weiß ich nicht wo ich weiter machen soll. Leider nicht zu empfehlen

The hotel is not finish. The rooms was not even ready with all the sofa inside. The first day men came in and out the door to fix things. It seems to me they were desperate to open before it was not even ready to open. It was still concrete dust on the floor.
Anyway, the Staff in restaurant was really nice.

Établissement neuf, ouvert récemment. Personnel très professionnel, souriant, accueillant et à l'écoute. Chambre spacieuse, bien agencée, piscine agréable. Hôtel familial et convivial, je recommande fortement.
