We attempted to check in at 3:15 PM and were told although check in is at 3:00 PM, nothing is guaranteed and our room wasn’t ready. They offered us to leave our stuff with them and enjoy the property. When we finally got in our room, I was trying to shower and was met with a knock saying our room was listed as vacant and dirty. Hopefully our room was actually cleaned! We did not have a fan in the bathroom and listened to pounding all morning.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Staff was great. However, there were people on our floor who were very much intoxicated and yelling/arguing in the hallway at 2:30 AM and continued for at least an hour.
