Pros:

Good-
—The hotel is fairly new having opened just seven months ago. Everything looks great.
—Breakfast was very good! They not only serve an omelette, but many Arabic dishes too.
—The water pressure was good. The hot water was plentiful.
—The mattress was very comfortable.
—The metro station (Ministry of Industry) is literally a 1-2 minute walk away. This is the hotels best points because Riyadh is spread out and their metro station is brand new (less than a year old).

Bad-
—WARNING! This hotel does NOT accept credit cards - ONLY debit cards or cash. Check-in was a mess! I booked via Hotels.com/Expedia and expected to pay for the hotel upon check-in. But none of the attempts to charge my credit cards worked (it kept requiring a pin #, but it was still not accepted). The hotel wanted cash at one point and I wasn’t prepared to give them hundreds of dollars in riyals. On the second day the hotel locked me out of my room for non payment, despite the manager saying the day before “my house is your house” and we will work this out. It occurred to me that they were trying to process a “debit” on my credit card instead of a “credit” transaction. I tried a debit card and the transaction went right through. Get ready to pay cash or pre-pay the hotel.

Summary-
I would not stay here again.
