La arquitectura muy interesante sin duda, pero creo requiere trabajos de remodelación en los baños por ejemplo, azulejos, canceles y llaves viejos. No se nos antojó usar la ducha por lo mismo. Habia cabellos en el piso a nuestra llegada por lo cual la higiene no es tan buena. En la parte superior habia una cama pequeña que espero nadie use porque era un colchón igual muy viejo y desagradable. Falta un poco de orden en la alberca con las velas en el techo siente uno estar en una bodega. El personal super amable.

El personal de recepción muy amable, gente que sabe la importancia de la atención al cliente.

El hotel no ofrece servicio de hielos, por lo que cobran deberían tener estas cosas básicas. Si vas a buscar descanso, no es el lugar ideal, pues los colchones está bastante incomodos, los mencionan como memory pero son de esos colchones que parecen colchonetas, super incomodo, duele la espalda. Si llevas tus bebidas solo las puedes tomar en el cuarto a pesar de que tienen mesas en el jardín no te dejan beberlas ahí aunque ellos como hotel no tienen servicio. Lo cuál me pareció bastante mal, hubiera estado agradable que como cliente pudieras bajar una copa de vino en una copa de plástico y disfrutar del paisaje, pero no. Hay mejores hoteles que si saben tratar al cliente y más cómodos.
