Clean, Quiet room, Under renovation but easy acces

Motel is being renovated. Offered us a third floor room but elevator was out of order. Very bad. Cancelled reservation.

I get there after 12 hours drive
Situation was disgusting

This facility should not be sold thru Expedia. I had already paid you therefore had no choice. I wanted to walk off the poprety. Totally misguided but under renovation. No Elivators. no signage.

I should get reimbursed...

The people who own the place are rehabbing it, so there is no lift, you must use the stairs. The stairwells are bare and because of the area you need a code to get past the first floor. The room was a generous size, had a good bed and decent shower with good fluffy towels. It has a coffee machine fridge and some dishes along with a couch sitting area. There is locked safe parking for your vehicle.

Really need to fix hallways and elevator. They are very smelly, however rooms are okay

Dirty rooms,no hot water in the washroom,they didn’t provide the blankets,smell from the room,they gave us room on the third floor and elevator was not working, they didn’t give any head up about the elevator..carpet was not clean in the room and there was a dead bee in the room and the floor was not clean

The Landlord (owner/operator) is a very hands on person and will do anything to make your stay go pleasantly . The building will be beautiful when he’s done his renovations . Definately come back
