Pros:

The owner and staff are friendly and helpful, but you will be hit with paying a city tax in cash only as you are handed the keys. We stayed in room 4 at the top of a narrow winding staircase. The room was clean. To lock the door requires a key, and also requires a key to unlock, a fire safety hazard. Leave the keys in the door when you sleep.
Pros: Room 4 has a small refrigerator, microwave, hot water pot and several boxes of tea were available which was nice.
The location is really nice and we didn’t spend much time in the room.
Con’s: The sink faucet is loose.
The shower is a pre-made corner unit and is set loosely in place.
The shower nozzles are filled with corrosion and lime.
The shower doors are missing handles.
The toilet seat is broken and flops around.
The towel heater on the wall does not work.
The bath exhaust fan is full of lint.
The bed is a thin foam mattress on a steel frame, I found it uncomfortable.
I didn’t try the hot water heating radiator, but the split unit did not provide cooling or heat, so we used it to just move air and regulated temperature with the windows.
