Excellent stay in an accessible room which was well equipped for people with limited mobility. Breakfast (on two mornings) was very good, although odd tasting sausage!
In the bedroom a cupboard containg tea and coffee making facilities was designed such that a standing person would,, as i did twice, crack their head on a unprotected glass shelf above the beverage making facilities! This is really an obvious safety issue. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
I would stay again when next in St Albans.

There were one or two drawbacks, my room was on the second floor with no lift available, however, my luggage was carried up the stairs for me by the receptionist. There was a problem on the first night with air conditioning, but this was remedied the next day. Overall I would not hesitate to return to the hotel next time I am in St Albans.
