ABC HOTEL PORTO - CAMPANHÃ

O horário de checkin era às 14 horas. Cheguei no hotel às 15 horas e o quarto não estava pronto e parte da equipe foi grosseira. O checkin ainda foi bem demorado, pois parecia que o hotel estava confuso sobre as reservas e a equipe era novata.
O isolamento acústico do quarto travei deixa a desejar

Das Hotel war sehr gut, die Menschen alle so freundlich aber vor allem so hilfsbereit. Alles war sauber und sehr gepflegt

Bien mais très mal isolé, j' entendais les voisins discuter dans la chambre d'à côté

The coffee was good, fruit good but rest not great, scrambled eggs watery, croissant not good

Excelente atendimento e boa estrutura. Localização boa, perto da estação de Campanhã.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Le personnel était très agréable. Nous sommes arrivés à midi à l'hôtel en pensant déposer nos bagages à la bagagerie mais notre chambre était déjà prête!
Le petit déjeuner était ultra diversifié, il y en avait pour tous les goûts.
La chambre était spacieuse et très propre.
Et puis la chambre 504 restera longtemps dans notre coeur puisque c'est là que mon fiancé a décidé de me faire sa demande en mariage.
Alors nous garderons toujours un bon souvenir d'ABC hôtel campanha

Room spotless, super close to bus / train terminal, quiet and convenient. Not much else to do in the immediate surroundings but a quick uber ride will take you historical town in 5-10 minutes. Staff (especially the young lady) are so friendly and helpful!

Room was small but tidy and warm. Just what we needed after long days exploring Porto and nearby areas. Breakfast was ok and staff was friendly.

Personalen väldigt hjälpsamma och tillmötesgående. Rummet väldigt fräscht. Önskade och fick ett rum mot baksidan av hotellet för att slippa ljudet från trafiken på gatan. (när man öppnade fönstret, annars var fönstret väl ljudisolerade). Valde hotellet pga närheten till tågstationen Porto Camhanha och var väldigt nöjd.

Kleineres, neues, sauberes Hotel. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal.Gute Verkehrsanbindung, aber Zentrum auch in ca. 20 -30 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Lovely welcome from very helpful staff. Short but steep walk the hill from Campanha train station. Quiet and relaxing hotel with a garden.

Disappointing experience.
The bathroom fan in our suite never worked during our stay, even after several requests and promises to fix it. The humidity caused visible mold in the bathroom, and it was never cleaned or repaired. Staff were polite but did not take real action. For a 4-star hotel, this was unacceptable.

Very professional hotel staff with an amazing breakfast!. The room in and bed were very good. We would definitely stay here again.
