Despite the coolness of the hotel, I believe the rooms were not very conveniently designed. No real television (rool-up display), no extra toilet paper, no drinking water, no shower door, no bedside table...being cool and stylish is something but you can make even the tiniest rooms very conveniently designed.

The stag was rude

The noise is awful. The walls are so thin and you can hear everything. Piping is also strange so in the middle of the night you hear water pipes. Additionally, bathrooms are very small and sometimes water will drip towards the bathroom area into the foyer. Rooms are small so don’t recommend the studio.

The walls are very thin and we heard a lot of loud noises and music in the room above us. It sounded like construction was happening on the floor above us, but the front desk told us it was other guests. It also was unfortunate that the baths were still under construction. I think the price of the room would have made more sense if we had access to the bath facilities. Finally, I was changed over $200 more than expected due to a "translation error" between Booking.com and the hotel's system. I am in the process of trying to sort that out in a number of phone calls with both the hotel and Booking.com, but that has definitely put a bad taste in my mouth.

The room I had was so noisy - I kept thinking someone else was in the room due to noise ? the next door room - in addition to which every footstep in the room above was audible. Also a v loud generator or heater sound throughout the night.
No breakfast or brunch available other than a few pastries :-( Or you have to wait around until 11am for the restaurant to open.
All in all this is a great concept with some lovely attention to detail (bathroom products, robes, bed comfort all really good) but big picture is if you can’t get a good night’s sleep because of poor quality sound proofing, it detracts from the good stuff!

As a newly opened hotel, there are several service areas that could be improved. For example, I specifically requested room cleaning, but no one ever came. Additionally, the hotel does not offer any firm pillow options.

I stayed knowing the hotel wasn’t fully completed, but the lack of signage made it surprisingly hard to find reception and even the restrooms. The rooms feel well designed, but the common areas don’t quite match that standard yet and come across a bit unfinished. It has potential, but at the moment it does feel like a few corners were cut.
