LIV Hotel Bronx - Newly Built

Parking ok if you could find an empty spot. We had to park down the street

Not enough parking. Ppl hanging out and partying all night making noise outside in front of building and in hallway.

Hotel is a good hotel
But the bed is horrible rock hard

Had to find parkingon the street

Unsafe neighborhood. Sheets were stained, shower door wouldn't stay open on its own. Dirty handprints on the ceiling. Someone always double parking in the lot.

stayed for fashion week, really nice room, staff were quick and communicative

The Rooms Were Super clean no Noise i will be staying there again There's all types of Restaurants its A safe area. Staff are great.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel LIV in the Bronx. The hotel is modern, clean, and the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained — a great place to relax after a busy day in the city.
The Bronx itself isn’t the most polished area of New York, but it has its own local charm. While some parts can feel a bit rough around the edges, the neighborhood around the hotel felt safe and had everything I needed nearby. One big plus is that the subway is very close to the hotel, making it super easy to get anywhere in NYC. Having that kind of access to the trains made a huge difference during my stay.
What truly made the experience stand out was the service — especially from Ben. Ben was incredibly helpful, always kind, and went out of his way to make sure I felt welcome. His positive energy and local advice really made my trip better.

The area is quiet, clean and safe. The hotel has good parking area

Pretty clean overall.

The hotel itself is lovely. The outside area was a little sketchy but everything having to do with the hotel itself was top notch. It was very clean and nice and the staff was very friendly. I would happily stay again.

Near the train and subway stations the only thing is bit far to manhattan

The 2 train to NYC was a very close, a short walk around the corner. McDonald's and a nice local deli nearby for morning coffee and breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. Clean, modern room and amenities.

The property was very clean and the decor was nice however I didn’t like that there wasn’t an iron & ironing board in my room. I did not like the area that the hotel is located at in.
