I’d stay again
Pros:

Staff and facility and the room was top notch with the exception of the mattress, which was old with little padding. If not for the mattress it would be a 5 star rating. Must say the staff was “exceptional!”

Pros:

Very functional use of uni accommodation. Friendly staff. Only issue is no staffes reception after a certain time. Very close to town, 15 minutes walk. Even let me wear my tipp shirt despite the result last month.

Pros:

The property is excellently located close enough to the city centre. Bathroom and bedroom was clean however, commmunal areas lacked clean utensils and didn't seem to have some basics you'd expect in a kitchen (e.g. kitchen roll). Really friendly staff and plenty of bright light for room too! It does not that parking is not available however, cars were parked everywhere which would have been handy to know before I paid for parking elsewhere.
