You should confirm check in, parking, enter building, door unlock all procedure as much as possible.
I had many trouble,
Particularly Parking terrible. My car was towed there are same number parking slot. If not correct. Immediately towing.
It takes time for find car, addition payment about 200$ in my case.
Be careful , while using this facility.

I loved staying here. It was beautiful, peaceful, very clean and very accessible to downtown Phoenix. The only thing I have to say is when the booking is sent to you, it should be a little bit more informative about your parking spot and which way to go and get into the building. That's the only input I have otherwise. Like I said, absolutely wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend it and I definitely will be staying again.!

Pros:

The apartment is beautiful but check in was horrendous. It’s self check in, as there is no receptionist or front desk. There are 3 different buildings so it was confusing for me to figure out, and that’s coming from someone who travels often. Customer service # is 24/7 and helped me.
