I didn't stay there. I checked out and had to find another place. Your manager promised to refund my money to my card before I left. She lied. Once I left she refused to return my funds.

My room had no curtains on the window, my room smelled badly. I couldn't stay there. I want my money back.

Received a room not clean door was open not secure not staying there anymore

First off the place was under construction and we were never made aware prior. Second it was advertised to have a pool and continental breakfast. The pool was green and there was no breakfast. The coffee was cold and gross and had no condiments. The microwave in our room did not work and had to have it replaced after waiting 2 hours. Another thing advertised was that each room had wifi with speeds available for up to 10 devices. We had no internet the entire stay which was very frustrating. Also there were alot of druggies hanging around and up and down the halls all night. The room was clean but that was about it. I would not recommend this hotel and disappointed that hotels.com has them on their site. After an hour we almost forfeited our money and left to another hotel. Due to our financial situations we could not. Also one last thing to add the staff was very rude and unprofessional. When i got to the check in counter i had to wait for her to hang up a personal call I was greeted with ehats up.

After traveling for 12 hours they were overbooked and had cancelled 15 reservations. One of them was mine. Earlier I had tried to call them but the number I was given from the internet and hotels.come didn’t work.

I totally understand that the hotel is undergoing renovations, but my boyfriend ended up getting bed bug bites and the mattress was to damn hard. Didn’t get much sleep.

Hotel was under construction , elevator not working , no signs saying anything about the construction . Booked 2 rooms , they were not clean at all, broken door locks , smell of smoke in non-smoking rooms . Lampshade ( that didn’t even belong )just place on lamp , over all place was not clean

According to the description of the hotel it portrayed to not the best nor the worst it looked cleaned and the so did the rooms. Again looking at the pictures!! I arrived to a hotel that was under an extensive remodel. I was ok with that until I notice how extensive it was. First I had to hunt down someone for the front desk to be check in for 15 min. Then once I get checked in I was told that the elevator was down. So I had to walk up to the second floor to my room . When I got to the the steps leading to my room all I could smell was stale smoke and weed. The step were filthy the carpet in the hallway way was filthy and trash laying everywhere. I get to my room and I couldn’t even sit. I call Expedia customer service to see if I could get a refund cause at this point I did not feel safe nor comfortable. The hotel did not have an outside line nor could I get a refund. I was stuck!! I had to go to a local store buy cleaning supplies and disinfectant and my own bathroom towels and rugs. I was discussed with the condition of this room. I later found out that I did not have hot water going into my shower. So I had to take a cold shower for 3 days. I was in town for a business conference and. Did not get any sleep from the people fighting in the hallway to the slamming of the door all through the night. I can go on for hours but do not book this hotel until the finish “Gutting this place out!!” The owner should have cleaned house of the previous guest and shut business down unti.

The place was dirty.....the linens in our room were dirty and the receptionist did not know what to do ...we asked for a refund and was told she didn't know how to do it.....
