I booked and paid for a 40 m² family room with two beds but was given a smaller room with one bed and a broken sofa. The shower head was also broken and could not be fixed. Management was unhelpful and gave me the wrong room – for this, only 1 star. Staff were mostly friendly, but they forgot my wake-up call, so I give them only 4 stars.

This was a overall good property

All the team members were very friendly. When we arrived at the hotel, they offered us coffee because we were tired. The rooms were clean, high-speed Wi-Fi was available, and there was an open parking area. The hotel was close to every part of the city. Thank you for everything.

I chose Viv City Hotel for my visit to the Istanbul Expo Center. It takes only 12 minutes by car, and the rooms feature Smart TVs and high-speed Wi-Fi. The cleanliness is excellent, and the staff are friendly and helpful in every way. I arrived at Istanbul Airport and reached the hotel in 20 minutes by taking the Havaist shuttle to Yenibosna Kuleli. Thank you for everything.

I was a little scared at first but im so glad i stayed here! The staff was so so so so kind, and spoke english well. I was a bit early and they allowed me to a room before check-in (i was super tired from a flight so this meant so much to me). I reccomend for female solo travelers like myself!

My stay at this property was truly delightful. The room was extremely clean and tidy, with every detail thoughtfully arranged. The location is very central and easily accessible. The staff were friendly and hospitable, always ready to help with anything I needed. The amenities offered at the property exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend it for both business and leisure stays.

First of all, the hotel was very secure. There were security cameras outside, including ones covering the open parking areas. My room was extremely quiet. Nearby, there were shopping malls and many restaurants offering a variety of dining options. The hotel also had its own café, which served amazing coffee and delicious hot sandwiches in the mornings.

Despite making a last-minute reservation, they provided private transfer options to the hotel. Even if I didn’t prefer a private vehicle, they patiently explained every possible way to get there. Although I arrived late, I was still able to reach the staff easily. In fact, knowing it would be a warm day, they even turned on the air conditioner before my arrival.

This hotel didn’t just offer a place to stay—it made me feel like part of a family. Even though I was far from home, they made me feel truly at home. I’m deeply happy and grateful for that.
