Bel hotel neuf que je recommande. Par contre le personnel manque de formation et ne connait pas encore les installations. Au bar, on m'a servi un Whisky et c'était du jus de fruit qui était à l'intérieur de la bouteille

2. Room temp is not changable (Central A/C). One will need to wear a jacket in thw room

1. 餐廳的服務還真的需要多用心，多注意所有的客人，不是一個專注就沒有辦法注意其他客戶的需求。
2. 飯店環境和整潔度沒話說，值得讚揚。
3. 不開心的對於處理房門無法開啟，明明你給我偷換房卡，用新的房卡開門，還質疑我可能沒刷好，門可能太重我沒有出力。不想多說

No better option in the area
Pros:

It’s nice because it’s new. And by new, I mean they remodeled an old hotel. It’s for sure the best option in Bac ninh. If I’m less busy I’d prefer to stay in Hanoi and endure the long commute. Breakfast here sucks. The bed isn’t comfy. But it’s newly remodeled and looks clean. Far better than other options in the area. No competition. Service is good but slow. But I guess all the staff are new and still learning. Good experience for Bac ninh, but I was hoping for more.
