La ubicación porque esta en el centro de san diego y a unas cuadras se juntan los homeless y eso afea un poco la ubicación pero todo lo demás nada que decir esta muy cerca de Balboa Park, por eeo fue que yo desisdi alojarme aquí

The location great, the hotel ok, the front desk staff rude.

The location and the size of the room was good.

Cons:

We got to the hotel around 545pm to check in, and had to wait an hour for the front desk to come back. When the receptionist arrived, it was a very rude man who seemed bothered and even threw the credit card machine on the counter at me. He then rolled his eyes about 2-3 times so I kept the conversation short. Also, the shower curtain and shower pole wasn’t on in the shower, it was to the side so we had to shower without it because we didn’t want to mess with any property. We let the front desk know and he said it was perfectly ok. I have pictures to support this.

My stay overall was decent. Its a good place to stay if you need a place last minute.
Pros:

The rooms felt clean and I liked how it had a fridge and microwave.

Cons:

The outside of the hotel is very outdated and dirty. It made me feel like the rooms were going to be dirty which they weren’t but it gave a very sketchy feeling.

Amazing for the price, friendly staff and comfortable rooms
Pros:

The price for the location (Downtown San Diego, like 15 mins walking to Gaslamp Quarter) was incredible. The room was great, well equiped and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. The view was great and overall my partner and I had a great experience.

Cons:

The smell outside it's concerning. Also, I don't know if I didn't read it or if I didn't notice, but they do charge for parking, but you get a refund so I think it's worth it though.
