Pros:

Room was spacious with separate bedroom and bathroom however carpets were not clean. Staff were very cooperative and anything requested were promptly responded. They even helped out flagging taxis for my daughter when Uber cancelled on her on New years eve, so 5 stars for their professional attitude. The only downside was no hotel parking and there was a AED 30 per day arrangement at a 3rd party parking 5 min walking distance from the hotel which was very narrow and difficult to get in and out if you had big size car. However we had peace of mind that there was a parking available instead of us trying to find our own parking.

Everything inside is too old dirty cockroach, and lots of messy stuff mattresses dirty bad smell no customer service no parking I was booked for Fortnite. I stay only one night still they are not refund me the rest of my refund.

Staff were very good but the room was disgusting. Dirty, stained one towel between 2 people, bed looked slept in by others.

If I hadn't have arrived so late I would not have stayed. A terrible hotel.

Betweeen Marina and Beach - 35min walking. Not suitable for blond women.
Gym in Rolla Mall (5min). Next beer at Pirate bar, close to the Baywatch Club and good Massage. With Taxi: 5 Euro. Hotel is good for the price. Supermarket in front of the Hotel. The Crystal Plaza has a Gym with pool for 50 Euro two weeks (incl. towels), with an average buffet restaurant - which is a life hack. The bus station to Dubai Deira Metro (Bus 307) is 30min walking. During the rush hour you need 2 hours to Dubai airport. Taxi to bus station or beach costs you 3 Euro. Perfect restaurants at the beach and Tim Hortons Coffee. Daily plan: Coffee at Tim Hortons, Beach, Gym & Pool at Crystal Plaza, Buffet and walking at the Marina in the evening. Center Mall is behind Hilton, with a huge supermarket.
