Nous avons loupé notre avion sur francfort suite retard et cobtrole police. Tres mécontente de la situation. Obligation de prebdre un vol demain matin et obligation de poser un jour de repos complementaire. Nous demandons un geste commerciak.

Das Personal war freundlich. Mit Hilfe des Google-Übersetzers klappte die Kommunikation gut. Die Zimmer waren wie beschrieben mit einer vernünftigen Größe und sauber.
Leider waren die Badutensilien (Klorollenhalter, Klobürste, ...) verrostet und vielen aus der Wand. Aus dem Duschkopf kam auch nicht mehr so richtig viel Wasser.
Im Zimmer der Kinder funktionierte die elektrische Schließanlage 1,5 Tage nicht richtig, piepte die ganze Nacht. Man hat sich aber drum gekümmert und am Montag war alles wieder ruhig.
Das WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei.

Çalışlar aşırı iyi yardım sever ve naziklerdi.Tatilimiz de nerelere nasıl gitmemiz gerektiğini detaylı bir şekilde sabırla anlattılar.Oda gayet demizdi.Konumu neredeyse her yere yakındı. Herkese tavsiye ederim.
