Pros:

The rooms were newly renovated, they were immaculate. Comfortabke bed, air con, toiletries and even an iron. We were very happy with this hotel

The window blind didn’t unroll fully to ensure privacy and block out light especially in the morning. They were unable to fix it.
This room should not have sold and I would like a refund. I was doing a lot of driving the day before and after and needed a solid sleep, however the morning light woke me at 4.30am
As I said this room should not have been sold and I would like a refund.

Room was done in excellent taste and was really clean.
Plenty of tea and coffee options in the room plus a water and tea/coffee station with shortbread biscuits situated outside the rooms.
Bathroom was in pristine condition.
This accommodation far exceeded our expectations and the staff member who took us to our room was very friendly and helpful.
Thoroughly recommend this hotel!

I was visiting from Brisbane. I had a family crises arise on my first day. The staff were amazingly caring and compassionate to a complete stranger. The worst day of my life was also the best day of my life. Thank you to the wonderful staff. Jill Martin
