Please note that a blue and white shuttle bus departs from Haneda International Airport, but only the white shuttle takes guests to Hotel Mystays Premier Omori. The blue one will take guests to Hotel Mystays Haneda.

If the bus is full, guests may not be able to board the bus.

The airport shuttle service can accommodate a maximum of 7 guests.

For the safety of other guests, guests with large luggage, such as surfboards and snowboards may not be allowed to board the bus.

Stay was OK but for the organisational irritants. Big let down in service at breakfast on second day
Pros:

All good, but the problem was getting the stay extended. For extending my stay by a day, I had to check out first at 11 am and then check in again at 3 pm; thus, the whole day was lost. They refused to extend the stay period, saying I have to do it online, as my first booking was online. They even did not issue a bill/invoice saying it was an online booking. The second time cost me more besides a lot of inconvenience and problems.

Cons:

Though staff was warm and receptive, they refused to help, quoting rules that one has to make a new booking rather than getting the old booking extended by a day. The hotel industry is normally welcoming and cooperative, but not MyStay Hotel. Sad and anti-customer, I feel.
