Free shuttle service to and from Haneda Airport is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Shuttle service hours are as follows:
Hotel to Haneda Airport Terminals 1–3: 05:50, 07:20, 08:50, 10:20 and 11:50
Haneda Airport Terminal 1 to Hotel: 19:00, 20:20 and 21:40

Please note that if you are departing from Haneda Airport, the bus will not stop at Haneda Airport Terminals 2 and 3. There is no shuttle bus service between Narita Airport and the hotel.

Please note that a blue and white shuttle bus departs from Haneda International Airport, but only the white shuttle takes guests to Hotel Mystays Premier Omori. The blue one will take guests to Hotel Mystays Haneda.

If the bus is full, guests may not be able to board the bus.

The airport shuttle service can accommodate a maximum of 7 guests.

For the safety of other guests, guests with large luggage, such as surfboards and snowboards may not be allowed to board the bus.

As of Oct 30, 2025, the air conditioning in the building will be on heating mode.
(As the entire building is centrally managed, it is not possible to switch between heating and cooling for each room.)
We plan to switch back to cooling around the end of April.

Pros:

Chambre très bien équipée et confortable, Hôtel très bien placé avec une navette gratuite pour l'aéroport.

Cons:

Il faisait un peu chaud dans la chambre même en baissant la température au minimum (18°C)

Amazing staff, especially Ms. Kimi Murayama and Ms. Ueda who were very kind and helpful.
Pros:

the location was great, walking distance to the train station. The microwave and the vending machine came in handy especially those late night snacks that needed to be heated up. The daily cleaning services was a bonus. All in all it's an amazing hotel!

Cons:

didn’t have laundry facilities in the property. There are laundry places in the area but when it rained, it made it challenging to walk over to do laundry.

很適合早班飛機的旅客入住
Pros:

距離大森站走路約5分鐘，走去飯店的路上，三家便利商店都有，路上還有櫻花樹，蠻浪漫的，最重要的是有到羽田機場的接駁車，不塞車25分鐘就可以抵達，很方便。

Nice stay for family of four.
Pros:

The family room was quiet spacious for 4 persons. The staffs are helpful and informative. Near Omori station, walked about 8-10 minutes.
Konbini just at front of the hotel.

Cons:

They don’t have laundry room.
