Clean room, great staff, and great food!

Clean rooms and nice staff. Beautiful place to stay.

Pools were lovely, rooms were clean, staff was very friendly

Staff was excellent, we had a pretty bad leak from the window into our room. Due to heavy rain, nonetheless, we did not expect to have a bunch of water in the room.

Stay was good. Overall, the hotel need a good clean up. The pools are the best part. The staff is super nice. The location is spectacular. The bones of the hotel are so good, just needs a a good vaccum, maybe a coat of paint here and there, and an update to some amenities.

The property is well maintained , the staff are very friendly. we have loved our stay and will come back next year

Enjoyed a massage. Pools that were open were nice. Hot tub was closed for most of our stay. Cold plunge tub was hot. Sauna out of service.

Everything is dirty: room, water from the shower, pool lining, pool water, slide, 18+ area.

Golf course was in very good shape. Fun round

It was amazing!! Felt better than ever after our spa service, food was awesome, only thing is rooms and spa pool area need some work. Just one temp in spa pool area, so don’t expect Nordic plunge, etc. overall though it was amazing!

We had a relaxed, restful stay. Loved the trails, and the spa pool was amazing. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfy. The staff were accommodating, and the restaurant food was stunning.

We didn’t like the carpet, it looks old and carpet in comum areas is not clean.
We liked the food, the hospitality, nice space room.

The service was excellent. The hotel needs a major update. Painting the wood exterior, t our room the wallpaper was falling off, toilet area always wet and need ceiling fans.

Hot tub and sauna were not working and there was no mention of this anywhere. Loves there was an 18+ option. Staff were friendly and helpful

Great outdoor spaces and food was good.
Rooms and pool could use some TLC, lots of mildew in the shower and wall paper peeling off the walls in rooms and hallways.

We made the trip expecting something special, but the rooms and family pool were pretty rundown. The staff were very helpful and friendly, but our bath/shower was broken and they weren't able to fix it during our short stay.

The restaurant isn't what it used to be, with limited options, small portions, and high prices. On the plus side, a lot of gluten-free options, and the desserts were great! Service was friendly but very slow.

Staff was very helpful, room was clean and comfortable with amazing view. We had a wonderful meal in the restaurant. There was lots to do nearby and although we didn't golf the course look wonderful.
