Lokasyon mükemmel, metroya ve markete 2 dakika mesafede. Merkeze ulaşım kolay ve hızlı. Temizliği iyi, oda asgari ihtiyaçlara cevap veriyor. Ortam sessiz, yatak rahat. Hamburg'a tekrar gidersem kalırım.

God placering, lige ved metroen og i gåafstand til ZOB og Hauptbahnhof. Flot og meget komfortabelt.
Der er ikke personale på hotellet, men det fungerede fint.
Spritnyt hotel, faktisk så nyt, at der ikke er 100% færdigt, men det gjorde ikke noget for os, bortset fra at det ikke var muligt at opbevare sin bagage før eller efter man havde sit værelse, hvilket var upraktisk og en service man normalt har på hoteller.
Værelserne var ikke helt lydisolerede, vi kunne høre naboens snorken.
Kun rengøring hver 3. dag, vi kunne godt have brugt hver 2. dag.
