Four - G Hotel Premium

Ce que je n'ai pas du tout aimé c'est le comportement de la réceptionniste, dès le début elle ma dit que ma chambre économique n'était pas bien et qu'elle allait me surclassé, mais ce n'est pas vrai, c'est une technique commercial pour vous faire croire que vous allez être surclassé, elle ne ma pas laisser rentréer dans la chambre elle a ouvert la et a tout de suite fermer et dît vous voyez c'est pas bien, alors que cette chambre économique avec une vue sur le Bosphore et était côté calme. Elle ma donné une chambre côté rue avec du bruit et une vue horrible sur des immeubles, ensuite la douche était bouché car il n'y a pas de vérification de la part du personnel d'entretien, et enfin le petit déjeuner n'est vraiment pas bon, juste pacceptable...ec'eBosphore po

Clean room and breakfast was good. No AC in the room as it was during winter month. A little surprise that makes it a four star

Very clean, staff very friendly, accommodating, very helpful.
No breakfast included so I cannot rate that and no balcony but we can look out the window and see what’s going on outside. Hotel is at the heart of the city and accessible to commuting and many sights.

First time staying at this hotel and i really liked it , clean room and very kind helpful staff :) definitely will go back! Jalil , Mahmet and the young lady at the reception are all very helpful .

Amazing! First of all, our rooms got upgraded to the water view side for free at check-in time. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The cleaning staff tidied up really well every day. The shower was fantastic and I took much longer showers than usual. The view was great

Clean, modern and large room with balcony. Good value for the area. Friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic location a short walk to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Grand Bazaar. I would stay there again.

It was very clean and new. Conveniently located in historic Sultanahmet. A lot of dinin options nearby. Ealkable to most historic attractions.

They do not have a restaurant on the premises, however there are plenty of lovely cafe's within the same block or two. I can't thank enough Celal for his attention to detail & helpfulness at all times. He gave us so many tips, & gave us great recommendations. Always with a smile, such great customer service. Sevde was also always very attentive to whatever needs we had. Rooms were always clean, Walking distance to everything. What a great team here. Our 5 day stay was so pleasant. Would definitely recommend the 4G-Hotel [Premium & truly wish to come back to the lovely city of Istanbul & it's beautiful people.

It’s a hidden gem. Amazing view of the sea!

What a fabulous stay! The four G hotel has everything you need. They now have the four G premium too which is two doors away and brand new. The staff are beyond exceptional! Every single one- Kadir, Mehmet, Efe were friendly and welcoming. The location is spot on! Two minutes from the Blue Mosque and 7 minutes from the Grand Bazaar. Walking distance and so much around the hotel! Kadir the manager is so helpful, accommodated all our needs and went above and beyond. Highly recommend this hotel. Can’t wait to book again!
