Pros:

At first, they did not find my reservation. And even though I made a reservation including breakfast, they denied to serve it at first. In the room, no shampoo, no tea, no trash can, no hanger. Even I had to request a towel. Even though I asked to bring a breakfast at 8:00, they did not bring it until I reminded. A breakfast without a bread.
