Pros:

Family of 5 nicely comfortable, and gourgous view. Steps from Eatons mall and TMU subway station.

Communication was great. The property could use some shelves to better help organize clothing etc on a longer stay. Good for two people at most. Tiny space but comfortable

The room was amazing. More supplies and ammenities than we ever would have expected. Communication with the team members was very good. They made sure that we were all set up and then made themselves available if we needed anything (which we did not, but it was comforting to know that they were available). The neighborhood had some people who were 'down on their luck', but the building had security and the entry door was very close access for the taxi, so we always felt secure.

Functional property in downtown Toronto
Pros:

Accommodated an earlier check in. Property was very functional with two beds in two separate rooms with a pull out couch. Much to do and see within walking distance. Property was an apartment and not a hotel room.
