Pros:

The good: it’s imo better than a hotel room. As a small studio, you get everything you need: a fictional kitchen with plates, cups, mugs, and even a Nespresso machine and big refrigerator.

The building itself also has great amenities: there is a small self service market where you can get frozen food if you are in a pinch late at night, and staples like bread, eggs, butter, drinks, etc.

You will also find a self service laundry in unit with washer and dryer.

The unit decor was also really pleasant, with good interior design. The view out of my window showed a full view of the sky, the Santo Amaro avenue, and the Brooklin metro station - which is also conveniently a walk away.
