The team was professional, attentive, and incredibly warm they arranged a smooth $25 USD airport pickup and greeting me with smiles, a welcome drink, and seamless check-in. The hotel is immaculate; new, modern, and tastefully designed. My room was spacious and featured the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in.

Breakfast was outstanding: a mix of traditional Vietnamese and international dishes, including pho, dumplings, oxtail, stewed beef, fried chicken, tropical fruits, vegan options, and fresh pastries. I’m from the Caribbean, live in Italy, and travel often ,this breakfast is a true 10/10.

The rooftop pool and bar are stunning, with skyline views and the best staff, very thoughtful, friendly, and professional. My favorite drink, the Long Bein Glow cocktail, was beautifully presented. Truly five-star hospitality with heart I’d return in a heartbeat

sehr zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, eine komfortable Zimmerausstattung (super bequemes Bett und geräumiges Bad), ein kleiner aber feiner Pool mit spektakulärer Aussicht, eine ideale Lage ( alles ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, trotzdem ist es im Hotel ruhig und entspannt ), … Unser Aufenthalt war perfekt, und falls wir noch einmal nach Hanoi kommen, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier wohnen.

Don’t miss out on this new gem in Hanoi!
Pros:

All though this is a brand new hotel and it wasn’t 100% finished - it did not disappoint at all! All the staff were super helpful and service oriented, and open about it being newly built. They did their absolute best to accommodate, and I’d definitely stay here again if I ever go back to Hanoi.
