From the moment we arrived at Grand Palladium Bávaro Family Selection, this place felt less like a resort and more like a home away from home. As a family, being away can sometimes bring a bit of homesickness, but the warmth, care, and personal attention we received truly filled that gap.

A very special mention goes to our butler, Rafael, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He handled all of our dinner reservations flawlessly, always checking in to make sure everything was perfect and tailored to our family’s needs. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel looked after every single day.

Pros:

Great stay at Family Selection at Grand Palladium Punta Cana. The resort was clean, newly renovated, and offered lots of food, pool, and activity options. The staff were friendly, entertainment was fun, and the bar service was excellent.

A very special mention goes to Rafael Peguero, our assigned butler. He went above and beyond for us at all hours of the day—helping with everything from getting milk for the kids, arranging pickups and drop-offs, making dinner reservations, and even bringing toys for the kids to enjoy in the room and take home. Most importantly, he made my mom’s birthday incredibly special by decorating her room, arranging a full-size cake, and surprising her at dinner. She had an amazing time, and Rafael played a huge part in making that happen.

Overall, an excellent family-friendly resort and we would gladly return.
