Beautiful room. Very friendly staff Excellent restaurant

We are badly conflicted about this hotel. It is truly a 5 star luxury hotel with incredible finishes and service. The restaurant is also terrific as are the staff. So what is our problem? Samuel McClure must be rolling over in his grave at the mis matched furniture and decorations , the multitude of odd garden statues placed aimlessly everywhere , and the requirement that you must go outside and get wet after dinner to get back to your room.
Please just reduce and simplify the furnishings in this wonderful old house and even William Morris ( “Have nothing in your home that you know is not either useful or beautiful “ would approve.

Don’t let the construction hold you back. An absolutely wonderful property and staff. Newly renovated. No detail missed. The quality is some of the best I’ve seen. No need to look for a dining place. They have covered too. I highly recommend.

Gorgeous property inside and out. Room was beautiful and very comfortable. Loved the welcome goodies and turn down service. The toilet is exceptional! Included breakfast was delicious. This will be an even more amazing property once construction is complete though it wasn't a bother. Wish we had time to eat dinner at the restaurant - next time!

the property overall ws a delight to stay at. at the amenities, restaurant and lounge were contemporary and wonderfully welcoming.Staff was very professional and courteous. I would certainly stay again and refer others to stay at your property also.

This iconic property is tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood - but the attention to details amazing service and impressive comfort isn't tucked away. It is everywhere. We'll be back!

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had ever. Thoughtful, curated design, brand, new sweets, amazing lounge and restaurant, spared no expense on design details. I would hazard a guess that if this hotel were in a major center, it would be $1000 a night.

It was a great hotel. Nice that it was new but still had old world feel to it.

Bed was a bit too soft for us, but overall everything was great. The breakfast was amazing.
